Pro-Vision: A Community of Hope
Pro-Vision, Inc is an innovative, previously all-male, Open-Enrollment Texas State Charter Middle and High School. Its primary focus is on uplifting young men and women, while teaching them to honor themselves and their community. Young men and young women between the ages of 11 and 18 are provided with a safe, structured environment in which to learn, grow and succeed. Pro-Vision’s dedicated staff creates this environment by providing consistent discipline and nurturing meaningful relationships.
Pro-Vision, Inc is committed to the success of the young people it serves, academically and beyond. The trained staff uses a holistic educational model in order to develop a strong sense of self-worth, job and study skills, and civic responsibility. The teachers at Pro-Vision, Inc seek to instill confidence, which leads to achievement.
Pro-Vision, Inc makes a serious promise to its students to engage them as part of a positive and productive community. Pro-Vision is not simply a school, but a family. The staff of “life coaches” offers care, compassion and accountability in everyday settings, along with one-on-one mentoring and support. This involvement encourages students to lead lives of integrity and purpose.
Pro-Vision, Inc offers academic classes, job training and enrichment activities that challenge students and provide opportunities for short- and long-term success. Ninety percent of the Pro-Vision Middle School students receive high school diplomas. Ninety-seven percent of all graduates are employed, pursuing advanced degrees, attending a trade school, or serving in the armed forces.
