January 31st, 2011 - International Mentoring Conference
Roynell Young was the invited guest of the United States Department of State during a video conference between himself and the leaders of mentoring programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both sides swapped ideas and questions, and much valuable information was exchanged.
March 31st, 2011 - Final Four Kickoff
This event featured Jay Bilas, Dick Vitale, and Jeff Van Gundy. Final four championship tickets were auctioned off, as well 6 suite tickets for the Houston Rockets vs. the San Antonio Spurs. Tickets to the Final Four Semi Finals were raffled off.

January 29th, 2011 - Manhood Retreat
Coach Tate and Coach Kenneth Patrick took 5 members of the Manhood Development Academy to Pettus, Texas for a retreat.
